I would like to wish all my readers a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.<\/p>\n

I hope you all had a great time of festivities and a good time with your family and loved ones.<\/p>\n

As you might know, in our country the tradition is in both festivities (Christmas and New Year) to await midnight in the midst of lavishly-served family dinners. We spent Christmas Eve with my mother-in-law and my wife’s family, while we spent New Year’s Eve with my mother. We had a great time, not very noisy, thank you, but full of joy and gratitude to the Lord.<\/p>\n

The year that passed before us was a very difficult year. I had to face unwelcome changes and adapt to them. However, God was faithful as always, and His care and provision never faltered. Please pray for His continuing care for us throughout 2017.<\/p>\n

This new year will be also a time of decisions, and that shall begin as soon as possible. I pray the Lord for guidance concerning these.<\/p>\n

May the Lord bless you all, and give you a new year full of joy, comfort, and hope. Praise the LORD!<\/p>\n

\nHe has raised up a horn for his people,<\/span>
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/span>praise for all his saints,<\/span><\/span>
\n\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/span>for the people of Israel who are near to him.<\/span><\/span>
