His treatment of the <em>questio disputata<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/1g3.com\/hc\/2004\/09\/should-conservatives-support-federal.html\">Should Conservatives Support the Federal Marriage Amendment<\/a> is excellent and thoroughly recommended for reflection.<\/li>\n<li>Catez at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/allthings2all.blogspot.com\/\">Allthings2All: Turning the world upside down<\/a><\/strong> is a fellow Christian from New Zealand who not only is involved in ministries of mercy, but also is a very able thinker. His post <a href=\"http:\/\/allthings2all.blogspot.com\/2004\/09\/illumination-and-instability-in-soul_26.html\">Illumination and Instability in the Soul<\/a> is a great examination of some key issues of the theology of revelation and their anthropological impact, using Salman Rushdie&#8217;s <em>The Satanic Verses<\/em> as an example. Choice quote: &#8220;Projecting our own ambition onto God is a poor replacement for seeing ourselves reflected in his illumination. A truly illumined soul becomes a stable soul&#8230; Whose voice are you listening to, and how do you know?&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next fellow bloggers are special. They not only are fellow Christians; they are also users of GNU\/Linux. This rejoices me so much! I thought once that using Linux and being a Christian was a difficult combination. Well, it might be a difficult combination, but at least it is a combo attempted by more people than I thought. I give my heartfelt welcome to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>James at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowtown.com\/james\/\">Knowtown<\/a><\/strong>, dreaming an ecclesial dream and using SUSE Linux.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/joemissionary.blogspot.com\/\">Joe Missionary<\/a><\/strong>, writing from somewhere in Asia doing God&#8217;s mission with a theologian&#8217;s mind. This Fedora Core 2 user recently treated us with a great post on the eternal question of the salvific power of general revelation in <a href\"http:\/\/joemissionary.blogspot.com\/2004\/09\/saved-without-jesus.html\">Saved Without Jesus?<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Vaughn at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/weblog.vaughnthompson.com\/\">The Fishbowl: A view of the world from inside the glass<\/a><\/strong> is a SUSE Linux user. He has a very good post on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vaughnthompson.com\/weblog\/archives\/2004\/09\/the_fall_of_the.php\">The Fall of the American Empire<\/a>.
